Zoom lifts annual results forecast as AI features boost demand

Zoom Video Communications raised its annual revenue and profit forecast s on Monday, as hybrid work trends and the integration of artificial intelligence Technology into its products boosted demand . Instagram added new features such as custom AI stickers, photo filters, a clip hub, and more to help users create content easily. The new features have been added to reels and stories. Creators can save time editing videos with new tools like undo and redo that make it easier to edit individual clips. They can also make new memes by adding clips with audio to their reels from the new media clip hub. Google has rolled out Immersive View for routes and other AI features to help people navigate more confidently. Announced at Google I/O, Immersive view for routes offers a multidimensional view from start to finish, visual turn-by-turn directions and simulated traffic and weather conditions. The tool uses AI to fuse billions of Street View and aerial images and give a visual treat to the users. Google is rolling out eight new feature s to make daily tasks more accessible and faster. The new features are for apps like Google Maps, Search, Assistant and some camera-based Pixel features. These updates are specifically designed to cater to persons with disabilities. Now onwards, when a Business chooses to identify as disabled-owned in their Business Profile, the attribute will appear on their listings in Maps and Search. The second feature is for persons with visual impairment where the screen reader capabilities in Lens in Maps will be coming to iOS starting today, and to Android later this year. The third feature targets wheelchair users. Wheelchair users now have the option to request wheelchair-accessible walking routes wherever the data is available. iOS 16.3 to release next week with new features

Apple has announced that iOS16.3 will be available for all iPhone users next week and will include new features and enhancements, including major bug fixes, Macrumours reported. The new update will provide support for security keys for Apple IDs, HomePod handoff prompt and Emergency SOS settings rewording. More features may be added in the later beta versions of the software update as well. The Security Keys for Apple IDs will give users the option to use hardware security keys to protect their accounts and information. This feature will strengthen Apple's two-factor authentication with security keys as one of the factors instead of a verification code.
