‘Will be refunded’: Samsung’s offer after customers’ phones wiped in update glitch
Samsung customers who paid to fix a software update glitch in their smartphones are entitled to refunds, the tech giant says. The Australian arm of the world’s largest smart phone maker confirmed on Wednesday it was investigating claims a software update is causing some handsets in South Australia to malfunction. The phones reportedly stopped working, only showing the Samsung logo.
