In the footage, the man grabs the woman’s arm as she hands him what appears to be money through the window.

The suspect pulled up at the takeaway coffee shop in Washington just after 5am on Monday.

Police said the man then “attempted to drag the victim through the window using a looped zip tie device.”

The woman yanked her arm back and the man drove off in a pickup truck.
